Our latest innovations, the Delfi BFR Pro, elevate Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR) by safely regulating and controlling tourniquet pressure for Controlled Blood Flow Training.  This method allows patients and athletes to gain strength and build muscle comparable to high-load training—without stressing the joints.

Controlled Blood Flow Training is particularly effective for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or muscle atrophy. It is increasingly used in physiotherapy, sports performance, pre-operative care, and rehabilitation programs.
