It features our patented technology, based on Delfi’s proven surgical tourniquet instruments and cuffs, and includes advanced personalization and safety features specially developed for Blood Flow Training applications. Our Limb Occlusion Pressure (LOP) technology enables measurement of a patient-specific LOP and automatically calculates the patient’s Personalized Tourniquet Pressure as a percentage of LOP.
Easi-Fit

Delfi’s Easi-Fit Tourniquet Cuffs for Blood Flow Training are uniquely designed to make cuff application easy and consistent. The contour cuff shape, in combination with a patented variable fastener, allows for a superior personalized fit along both the proximal and distal edges of the cuff, helping to lower limb occlusion pressure.
Easi-Fit Tourniquet Cuffs for BFR are available in four standard lengths: 18”, 24”, 34”, and 44”, to accommodate a wide range of limb circumferences.
Matching Limb Protection Sleeves are recommended to help protect the skin beneath the cuff while the cuff is pressurized. Read more below.

The use of Matching Limb Protection Sleeves is supported by published surgical literature.
